Unexpected NC's 2nd Annual Stroller Roll
Unexpected NC is pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Stroller Roll will be virtual! This fun walk/run is family friendly event and will be super flexible in regard to timing! Be sure to take photos tag #StrollerRoll2020 for a chance to win a great prize!
As a non-profit serving Durham and Wake Counties, Unexpected NC has a mission to improve the welfare of children by offering support and guidance to young, first-time mothers in raising their child by overcoming financial hardship and providing a support system. Our Stroller Roll event will be held annually to celebrate our anniversary. Please consider joining us virtually and help us celebrate as our second year as a 501c3 organization comes to an end and we pump ourselves up for a new year full of continued impact!
This is an organized walk/run for all ages and abilities. We will be sure to pack the week with lots of activities for all to enjoy.

Question: How do I register?
Answer: Go to the link listed above. Complete the form and you will receive an email confirmation with details of your race packet. Be on the lookout for other fun activities throughout the week!
Question: What is the cost to register?
Answer: Registration fee starts at $25.
Question: How do I get a t-shirt?
Answer: A short-sleeve t-shirt is available at registration and will be mailed to the shipping address provided. Don’t want to attend our virtual event but would like a T-Shirt? Purchase T-Shirt only at the registration link above.
Question: When does online registration close?
Answer: You can register online until October 15th, 2020.
Question: Where is the walk/run and how long is the route?
Answer: The great thing about a virtual walk/run is that you determine your own pace. The commitment is to a 5K, but there is no time limit as to how many minutes (or days) it takes you to complete the pledge. For example, if you want to walk a little over a mile per day for 3 days to get to 5K, then so be it! The walk is untimed so feel free to move as fast or as slow as you wish.
Question: What if I want to donate but not participate in the walk portion?
Answer: You can do this two ways. You can either register for the walk and indicate that you will not be walking, OR you can donate directly through the Unexpected NC website: www.unexpectednc.org/donate.
Question: Can my organization be listed as a sponsor of this event?
Answer: YES! Unexpected NC is always looking for committed sponsors to support our activities. If your organization wishes to be an event sponsor, please email the Executive Director, Morgan Price at morgan@unexpectednc.org to find ways in which you can help.
